<p><a href="https://www.create.energy/">Create Energy</a> continues to build its <a href="https://solarbuildermag.com/featured/inside-the-create-energy-un-evil-empire/">un-Evil Empire</a>, this week announcing a strategic manufacturing partnership with Swiss-based <a href="https://www.staubli.com/us/en/home.html">Stäubli</a> to produce a next-generation PV connector for solar tracker sites.</p>
<p>As we discussed with both Dean Solon, Founder and CEO at Create Energy, and the Stäubli team at RE+, is that “issue with PV connectors” in the field is not the fault of PV connectors, but rather the fault of design and installation teams, especially when it comes to tracker projects. Create debuted<a href="https://solarbuildermag.com/featured/cable-hangers-connectors-and-condoms-ebos-innovations-seen-at-re-2025/"> the CR8-CNDM</a> PV connector protector at RE+ as one solution. </p>
<p>Now, going one step further, the Stäubli and Create teams say this new design will address long-standing challenges in the tracker market and is specifically designed to withstand the <a href="https://solarbuildermag.com/featured/cable-hangers-connectors-and-condoms-ebos-innovations-seen-at-re-2025/">dynamic mechanical stress</a> and environmental conditions unique to solar trackers</p>

<p>By leveraging Stäubli’s high-quality materials, electrical design expertise, and Create Energy’s precision engineering, the product promises to enhance connector longevity, reduce maintenance costs, and improve overall energy yield.</p>

<p>The connector is expected to launch in 2026, with distribution across North America and international markets.</p>
